What We Do
- Listen and watch while you explain your software, procedures or products
- Write a speech script for each of the different areas in which you want to give assistance or information
- Check the scripts with you
- Record the screen actions while your software is running
- Take any additional photographs needed to augment the material
- Add the scripted speech as a voiceover to this recording
- Add additional highlights to the video to clarify its operation (see example below)
- Add a menu structure to select each video
- Deliver the finished set of training segments on CDROM for your approval
